Hello Clay,
Ive been a reader of your posts, they have brought some great topics and info into the site. Didn't you buy a 38 cigarette recently I think it had an eagle on the side? Anyway, I would urge you to look at a few of the Checkmate Convincors on yachtworld.com, there is a 97 with a pretty nice set up that runs 80+ clean looking boat, low hours I think 5 on each engine, and asking 35,900, There are also a few twin engine 303's. The boats are newer low hours clean, and less than what you want to pay. That 29 fountain single link that was brought up earlier is a nice looking boat as well.
If you go for a bigger boat, make sure you pick one that the owner did a basic restoration on, I'm spending lots of $$ putting mine into decent shape, If I could go back, Id definitely buy one from this site, many great deals on larger boats. The cost is in the maintenance, and restoration, not the original price tag. Check out that 35 mistress on ebay 30k buy it now with blower motors? If thats real, it looks very close to what you were looking for before. And a few of the larger boats in the swap shop look good, 357 formula for 29k, leaves some $$ to play with.
