Picture of third 38 Bertram named "Flap Jack" formerly was named "Copper Kettle" I think we bought it from Arnold Glass or Sandy Satullo. This is in 1980 I believe. This is the Bertram Ed Cozzi was referring to in some earlier posts the one he learned on and throttled.

St. Petersburg 1977. First 38 Bertram named "Flap jack" formerly owned by Preston Henn and named Bertram 49er. This Bertram later that season in New jersey delaminated after being stuffed.

Note the copper kettle 38 Bertram in the middle this was the third "Flap Jack" Bertram in the previous post. Also in the photo is Rocky Aoki's 38 Bertram.

First 38 Bertram named "Flap Jack" after being stuffed and delaminated in New Jersey in 1977 or 1978 probably 78.

Note Preston Henn's new blue Micholob Lite 38 Bertram next to his old Bertram 49er then renamed Flap Jack. Next to them is Joey ippolito in his scarab and the Copper Kettle Bertram and Betty Cook in her Kaama scarab. I think the big Cigarette in the foreground is Billy Martin or Bill Ellswick?

Nice vintage ad of Bernie Little and Joey Ippolito. I don't think I met a nicer more classy gentleman than Bernie?

I used to tell him he had the wrong media demographic for his drivers. That old guys like Preston and Joey were not what the coveted 18 to 25 year old crowd wanted. I volunteered to be his 18 year old driver for free room and board. He declined my offer. I also volunteered to be adopted by him to which he also declined. LOL

Nobody through a better party than Bernie in my opinion.
