This is the engine room of a former Cowes winner.

What is the name of the boat?
What year did it win Cowes?
What kind of engines?

Wild Safaris posted with a question on how to get the best insurance for these older restored boats.

At this time I don't know of any specific company that is writing policies for these types of boats. I guess the best place would simply be the normal companies that write general boat insurance.

Cosentino and De Angelis in the same boat!
I don't think that they have raced in the same boat!

It was in Mar del Plata in 1978.

Marco ....here is a photo of Dry Martini at the Cigarette factory in the 70's. I took the photo, the boat was there for some repairs after the Bacardi race.
