We're looking down by Black Creek' trying to find water. Large lot with some low area but deep water. Looks like a real Gator area. This Gamecock better watch out. I know Cat did'nt think about them.
I don't think she's into critters. Looking for dry lot for under 500. Guess that's why we got lizards.

Seems to be the same answer everyone's giving us! We'll be there Friday looking at the Black Creek and the Flemming Island area.
It sounds like this will be a great place to live and boat...I can't wait!

Glad to hear that since we have a 13 yr old that will be going into 8th grade. Are there any skate parks nearby for him to go to?
