Maybe the note is for the running boat and the parts were never recovered somewhere? I am sure it's a nice boat plus it doesn't have a single hole drilled in it. It would be a nice boat but needs lots of cash to throw at it.

So you interested parties should take a drive down there and bid.
M&T is the creditor and it is mention that they can bid up to the amount of the judgement they have received, other than that this boat will be sold on the 24th.
Here are the instruction to the bidders... 10% down ... balance within 48 hours.

Just goes to show just how cheap fiberglass really is and the large profits some of these high end boat mfg's are pulling in...

Re: 40 Skater Going at US Marshall auction?? could be a good deal
I think a quality hull is expensive to build and buy new. However, when a 40 Skater with big power costs about 800k-1mm new and the hull accounts for about 350k+. Used 40's complete are about 400-450k. It is going to cost a lot to finish the boat, it is still used and worth 400-450k. So unless you can rig it with used parts you are better off buying a new hull. Even rigged with used it will be a wash. I made an offer because I liked the paint job.
