Mine shot up 28% in December with Progressive. My buddy's just got his for 11K up from 6K last year on a 38 with 525's.
I think the hurricane excuse is convienent for the insurers being that they have collected for years (since 1992, Andrew) and now they are upping the rates to make up for losses. What about the discounts for the insured for the past 13-14 years of no claims/ high profits?
