Good Asking Price For This 21' Scarab I?
Just seeing what the going rate on a regular 1987 Wellcraft Scarab I would be with these details:
New Aluminum Tandom Loadrite Trailer (Less than 6 months old)
New bottom paint and graphics (rubrail down)
Any stress cracks/chips on bottom refinished with new fiberglass
Mercury reman 350 Mag engine (just put in, 0 hours)
New SDE Alpha 1 Drive
New Gimble/Bell Housing
Transom and stringers AOK
Stainless 21P Mirage Prop
Interior 8.5 out of 10. No rips or tears and great color, but one small hole back of drivers seat and some discoloration back of passenger seat. New carpet thruout. New Sony CD player w/ 4 speakers. Finished cuddy cabin with carpet/ neon lighting/cooler, 2 7" montitors connected to DVD. Neon lights under front and rear seats. Mirrored engine hatch cover.
Exterior 9 of 10. Original top gelcoat not faded but not as new either, still looks really good. Radar Arch. Twin top mounted access hatches on bow. New lexan windshield.

I bought this one in rough shape, and fixed up through college. It had a solid 350 and alpha and sat on a nice matching steel trailer. Had a lot of fun and got my money out of it. Sold it for $8500 3 years ago.
