Need A Rub Rail
I need a new rub rail on my boat. I have a 1991 27' Fountain. Is it easy to put a new rub rail on..? how do they keep them soo straight..? Any info on where to get a new one..?

Most rubrails are made by Taco Metals. I've done one section about 20' long and it was a pain in the a$$.

Not so bad. Through bolted on your boat, so interior and parts of the cabin need to be removed for access. Get help. Straight isn't hard, nice clean bends take practice.

By far the biggest chore is getting access to the inside of the rub rail.
You can do it. I've done harder things like one time in college I had to push an egg across the floor, but thats another story...
