dyno differences
does anyone know the differnce in altitude on a dyno as far as horse power and torque compared to bieng at sea level and then bieng 1800 ft above sea level.

There shouldn't be any significant difference. The correction factor allows for altitude, ambient air temp, barometric pressure ect.

Your BHP loss computed from your BHP of 848 at sea level and Elevation of 297.5 feet is 7.57 HP loss.
I wonder if water temp like a cold lake would make much difference .I bet it would on the innercooler,but not much on the motor.
I know we left the water off on innercooler on a dyno pull,it made about 48hp less and it made 2 lbs more boost
That would got back to like CustomRigger101 said air temp making more power

I think chiller temp would be a significant factor, colder the better.

At that HP it prob figures with a boat Mine was only 700HP.

Colder H2o is better for the intercooler but not as good for the bottom end of the motor. On our Nascar motors from about 150-250 degress F. there is about 15-30 hp.
