Question for the Masses
If someone was going to raffle off a boat, How many of you would buy a ticket for $100.00 for a chance to win a boat with big power and number 6 drives in virtually showroom condition?

Sean, before you go much further, you need to talk to an accountant. I believe that raffles are classified under gambling and are limited to charities. Just trying to give you a heads up before you have any problems. ?

Here's the plan; The boat has had over $500,000.00 invested into it has been totally redone and has 1000Sc/#6's in it.
The plan would be to sell 3000 tickets in a specified amount of time and if for some reason a minimum amount wasn't sold by the target date then all monies collected would be refunded back to the ticket holders.
Cord we have already been in contact with atty's and acct's on the legalites issues. Sean
