I think it is like $200 a year. The CDD fees are a couple grand a year which see kinda of high. But for that they take care of the seawall, which is huge if you ever have to replace one.

Gotta keep Angela happy so I can keep buying nicer boats.
Any of these lots are big enough for a pool. I have a pool and spa in my back yard. The funny thing is we go to the clubhouse and use the pool up there more than we go in ours lately. It has a huge slide that the kids love to go down.
I hear ya about keeping the wife happy. My wife wants to live in the bigger one which should be complete early next year. I would rather live in the smaller one and buy bigger and faster boat one day.

WOW, that is incredible. Usually nice neighborhoods like that are MUCH higher. We are living in an oceanfront condo now and the HOA fee is $450 a MONTH. I'm glad we're renting.

Well you didn't say there was a waterslide

I agree with you on that one. All a huge house means is more things to break and more rooms to keep clean. There's only 3 of us so we don't need a mansion.

What we do need though is a 100MPH boat

Good luck in your house hunting and hope you find what you are looking for. This is a good time to be buying with all the inventory on the market right now.

I'm sticking with the 65-70 MPH boat for the next year or two ... but ... a guy's gotta have plans.

Check out the Moorings in Lantana. On the ICW and has docks, about 2miles to the inlet. Still under 700 maybe 800 with dock

kswest, I live in Mira Bay right down the street from Driven1. The clubhouse complete with a killer gym, massage, oylimpic Lap pool and a HUGE play pool with waterslide and other fun things is awesome and well worth the fee's. They are still building in Mira Bay but the finished sections are really kept up nice plus it is a safe gated community.
Most all the houses here have pools so the yards are big enough. However if you are looking for a real big lot, pool and boat in the back on a canal for $900k you will not find that in Tampa or any other major Florida city. You will have to go to small towns north of Tampa or south of Tampa by an hour or 2. You can get an awesome house with pool and dock plus lift in Mira Bay for $900k though.
