Not true. No race at all. It was a pleasure ride . One cat and 3 v's . headed up to get some food. The cat caught a big Cruiser Wake and stuck sponson. Over once and landed up right. Both driver and his wife are fine . Just bruises and very sore today. They were pulled from the water by one of the people they were running with. Minimal damage to the Cat. Busted the canopies. Hatches were still on. No hull damage. We worked till 1:00 am drying her out.

Sounds crazy Jeff and i am glad to hear everyone is alright, including the cat! Hey man remember that 25ft baja outlaw you sold 2 winters ago named "Shock Factor" that was my uncle Chris that bought the boat and i came up there with him (Jeff).....Just wanted to say hi! P.S. the boat ran really good but he decided to sell it and upgraded to a newer outlaw.....pic attached below of the 98....

Hi 38TopGun, Glad he liked the boat. I still have my 33 Scarab for sale...lol.
Yes, all were very lucky, and they are doing well. The DCB is already on the road to getting well too. We were really surprised that the damage was so minimal.
It was just bad timing. And you don't expect the big cruiser wakes that far up stream. At least we didn't use to. Saturday's on LOTO are pretty rough. That is why mine mostly stays on the lift on weekends.
