I want to buy a scarab 38 kv, ( miami vice limited edition) I have found it , the price without motor is 15000 euros .
the boat is a 1987 year.
Do you think that is a real bargain or not ?
i can send pictures of the boat.

Depends on what a euro is?
Thats about $19K in US and sounds like a good price but:
Get a survey and have the engines gone over good as well as the rest of the boat. There are some other 38KV's for sale how does it compare in price? If you are looking at rebuilds or hull/stringer problems then that depends. But for a solid boat with engines that have some life left I think $19K is a good price.

I remember seeing one on a European website about a year ago that looked rough. It's hard to give advice without any pictures, post some pics please. Best of luck
