Last night right before I had to go to work I had deleted my previous posts. I had pretty much gotten all the feedback that I could expect. I appreciate everyones thoughts and comments. The situation is being dealt with... Thanks NF1.

The situation may not be BS, but the way the "lack of real information" was presented we certainly BS.
