this certainly wasnt a roof cam, or fly by night set up.
a total production team was utilized.
Again thanks to all that made it happen!
It made it a pleasure being part of it, and seeing it live. Being from the midwest, and living on the east coast. that desert was spectacular, what a georgous backdrop for a race!!

Re: Technology has caught up!! Boat Racing "LIVE"
Pete,
I think another item that made it cool/better, was the angles of the camera shots that they got. Back of the boats, straight over top, in front of the boats coming at you, multiple boats in the shots, great turning and cornering shots, rooster tail hitting the camera, etc... Overall, I thought that the camera views and the change up of the views was much better. The fact that they moved around the boat every 5-15 seconds and didn't just show that back view of the boats going forward was MUCH better. I also think that the Bud Select and Hooters cockpits cameras views were much better than I have seen in the past. A Great angle of both driver and throttleman... Ben
