Thanks guys... moved out 6/1/06, back in 11/24/06. Kitchen still being finished up.
The house was 2100sqft, now its 4100sqft.
+ basement, finished, went from 600 to 900sqft.
Those wooden steps dont add enough lift. This spring we'll be changing them to stone.
Better investment than a boat? I'm sure... but building a boat is more fun.
and btw... i'm putting in a JC Perf backup generator.

Holy chit!!
That is a lot work. I did my fair share of renovations and I just finished building a 3300 sqft house with swiming pool 16x24 shed for yard equipment and of corse a 30x45 shop for my toys.Nice job.
