I was told Super V had his addressed when the engines were out for rebuild in 1996. It would seem the newer versions of this hull would have been when the hull was laid up. But what do I know? I run wood through a machine for a living.

ok here we go the two boats under the name level 10 dont have the extra stringer only superv's does....there boats were being assembled about the time he had his fixed. If they had spoken to SuperV before they assembled them I'm sure they would have them in,the extra stringer was added after the boat ran hard!!!! for several years, another thing there is'nt and never was a company so speek called level 10 its just two guys that bought two hulls and put them together over a couple winters....I would'nt be afraid to buy either of those hulls...my.02

Waterfoul, I do have a couple for you.
What are you thinking for your next boat? Sounds like you've been in quite a few different boats, how much better do the 28's ride compared to your 24 & my 25?

Well, your 25 is basically the same bottom as my 24, but has a molded swim platform. I have never been all that impressed with the ride of the 28. they tend to porpious a bit.
Yeah, I've ridden in a lot of different boats. Everything from 17 foot pickel forks to a 38 Cougar. Warlock, Eliminator, Active Thunder, Scarab, PQ, Sonic, Formula, Advantage Cat, Advantage V, Hustler, and some others. Always fun!!!

I don't mean the 28 Baja. I'm talking about the saber or challenger. I've not ridden much in the saber and never in a challenger. I just wonder what the difference will be for the substantial increase in cost. (besides the cool factor off course)

Oh, well there is no comparison between the 28 Challenger or Saber and our boats. MUCH better ride. I've gone from Grand Haven to Muskegon at 65 mph in a 28 Saber. In 5-6 footers!!!! It was the old Wave Hippie boat. Red and white, big #28 on the bow. Twin small, 355, 450 hp each. Sweet boat!! The Challenger is much the same. Great ride in big water.
