I'm with ya on that one! The 47 Spirit of Apache is one well laid out detailed high performance boat. I liked the rmovable hand hold and how the cockpit can be reconfiguired. Also the detailed storage in the front of the bow is a sweet touch.

Elias keeps referring to his Drag Racing career in the video. Does anyone know what he did in that profession?

Weights were done on a truck scale with and without trailer. Do some checking on a mustang called category 5 and 6. I've seen the bills and was watching the whole process!

The 47 Apache can vary huge on weights. His and Paleface are two of the heaviest just look at them sitting in the water. Same goes for the weights on the 41 Apache boats.

All the Cigarette staggered 38 90mph boats were supposed to weigh around 9,500, yet mine weighed 12,458 on a scale. Back then it all depended on what they built it for.

Take one look at the boat up close and you might have a different opinion.

My old 45 Cary weighed 19K and my 46 Searay weighs just under 25K with 3/4 load of fuel and all the "stuff" on board. That should give you some relative benchmarks on boat weight.

Spirit is a 2006 McManus boat, not one of the "oldies".

That boat is incredible , very well thought out options. I can see it weighing 23,000 lbs easily!

no, wrong again, Spirit is running brave redone.... He did so much to it and changed so much he Mr Mcmanus gave it a 06 HIN, so the price tag would reflect an 06 not whatever year running brave was.

It has been rehulled, so therefore a new hull number

Didn't know that. Since the owner stated it was a new, '06 McManus boat. He even went out of his way to say how different it was from the boats built 15 years ago- with all the new technology. Sounds unethical at the very least- wouldn't that also be illegal?
