Default Chief Engines got my future business!!!

I have been around boating and racing my whole life, delt with many engine shops over the years, you know the erogant types. As a business owner I can be critical of customer service. My family has a winter place in the Lauderdale area, I have been meaning to stop by Chief to check it out for years, always see cool stuff sitting there. I was there this past week and wanted to stop by. We run a complete circus while there, we need to go here there and everywhere. Today I was flying out, but said I am going to Chief before the airport, PERIOD!!!! On the way out I stop by, figuring I will get a T-Shirt. Man, it was cool, They took the time to show me around, take me through the engine shop. Then hook me with a whole bag of shirts for ten cents on the dollar. On the way out "Crazy Horse" is getting stereo upgrades. The mechanic invites my girlfriend and I up to look it over without asking. What a bunch of nice people. My girlfriend could care less about cool cars or boats but even said, " Those people were almost strangely very nice". I will say this, I may not be back to a big rig with real power for another couple of years, but these people will be the ones I deal with!!!

I have heard the same thing about them. They seem to be top notch.

Chief customer service is great. I bought my boat with a Chief already installed, it's the reason I bought the boat. I have personally not spent a penny with Tommy. Yet he has taken or returned every phone call personally and answered every stupid question. When I went down to the shop he pulled up all my dyno info and went through everything with me as if I had just bought the engine. I will be taking it in soon for service. I normally do all of my own service but not when I would have those guys working for me.

Oh by the way did I mention IT KICKS ASS!!!
