HEARTLESS BASTARD LAWYERS

Lawyers have no shame when it comes to trying to place blame or pad their pocketbooks.

What a sad, sad shame. SOTW is perhaps one of the biggest, best, and most charitable runs in the country, and for it to be put off due to some ill-conceived lawsuit - where responsibility is attempted to be placed on someone other than the responsible party - is outrageous.

Good luck moving forward.

Man that's a bummer. I watched the accident happen....funny, I didn't see anybody from PRO floating out on the water and causing that Outerlimits to turn sharply...kind of twisted that they would be blamed, methinks.

Try and think of all the good that you had done in the past and hope you can figure a way to help in the future. Lawyers have to do their jobs, but you have to draw the line at where to stop the lawsuits.

Sorry this is going on , hope it is resolved. Time for a bad lawyer joke .

What do you say about a lawyer buried to his neck in sand?

If the lawyers win, it is only the beginning...someone needs to put the power of OSO together in a way to combat or help this situation for the good of the sport. This situation may set precedent.
