The new 1 WILD RIDE
Got it home last night. We have a small 2000acre lake called Lake St louis that i can run this on, it has a limit of 22', i will smoke some people in their pontoons.
Going to do the 20' poker run with it as is, then gut it and make it brand new.
Guess i will be a two boat owner forever now
The boat is actually in great shap for its age - 1978 w/454

BTW, the Gun recently ran 78 in fresh water, smooth as glass. A little chop and it may have hit 80. Absolutely lovin this boat. Just like you said, gets a lot of looks and questions everywhere we go.

Sweet 20 Wild! Send it down to Philly and let him go to work! I may wish I had bought a 20 if gas keeps going up the way it is. Keep us posted with pics of the rebuild.

I was 5 minutes from buying that one for my wife a couple years ago ... went out and met the guy on Lake Erie ... went for a ride ..... she ran it ... we agreed on a price .... I was gonna pick it up the next day ..... the guy smoked a trans on the way back to his ramp .... and I bailed on him ... I was gonna do the same thing .... run it for the rest of that season ... then send it down for the Lip-Ship resto job .... Neat boat .... good luck with it man !

I'm thinking about doing the exact same thing when we build our new dock. I think I'm going to try to find a 24 just to switch it up a little. Congrats bro!
