That version you saw was a marine combo. I was there and the video of the gauges was from the first pull. 4 pulls later they hit almost 1,500. I was in his van when they pumped the 15 gallons of 93 into fuel jugs at the Flying J truck stop. I'm wondering when they're gonna post the exact same motor (without valve timing/cam setting changes) boiling the water on the dyno with over 2,000+hp on alky?

The big motor looks a little like a Cossie too. With the dual bet driven cams and all. Cousins?
As I look a bit more carefully at the motor in the back I can see Chevy on the valve cover. So I guess it could be an old Illmor Chev Indy motor (but I thought those were two valve motors for some reason) or maybe the Cosworth Chevy IRL motor?

Tim Grose & Dave (F.A.S.T.) have told me that 89 oct. is no problem and they think the overhead valve motor will also turn some impressive #'s on E-85. Tim has these motors ready for production as we speak. There is talk that a pair is being installed in an Outter Limits. Keep your eyes open.
