That was not a private owner's boat, it was the #1 Fountain dealer for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
The dude on the wheel of the pontoon was on his game.
All of you that care to have issue with me calling 'em like I see 'em, I have been to 11 poker runs across the country this year. I spend my cash supporting the events and I think I can bash whoever I want. Especially, if it's a company that makes ludicrus claims about speed here on a daily basis.
I can't hit a 102 mph fastball, but that doesn't mean I can't go to a game and give shiit to a guy that gets paid azzloads to do just that.
I may not have a boat currently, but I am far from a non-owner. I don't think I need to make a list of my past ownership.

I retract my retraction.
Oh and fellas I believe it's All Hat, No Cattle.........
Which is what I'd say a much advertised 42 Fountain that couldn't pop 70 might be thought of.
Just a side note before the gold circle boys start flaming, it was pretty cool at the 1000 Islands Poker Run this year to watch the guys from OuterLimits help to get the Fountain PRA paceboat running again after it broke just East of the Bridge.
The coolest thing about it was that it wasn't really that unexpected, the OL guys have a great reputation up here for helping who ever and when ever they can.
I wonder if the roles were reversed would the same thing happen ????
Maybe Fountain can thank OL in thier next full page advertorial.

Last year, the owner of Playcrafts son was out on LOTO, and he and another guy were chucked out while turning (prolly hit a wake). The son made it, but the other guy drowned (I believe no life jackets were worn). I asked a Playcraft dealer this last winter about it and he said the accident happened during a sanctioned race. I imagine he was covering his backside.

Sure you can. Anybody can bash, when there's no chance of being the one on the end of being bashed. Perhaps you should spend some of that cash on a boat.
