Open a seperate account. Have the money wired to that account. IMMEDIATELY transfer the money when it is shown in your available balance.

I have found that most international buyers that are REAL, have no problem wiring money in advance.

Absolutely. If it's fake, the bank isn't going to take the hit for you. They have to surrender it to Treasury.
