Tom's right......very common...loose header bolt kicking a clicking sound...double ck. As to your coolant missing issue you put on your other thread, did you do a leak down test yet? Was there soot in the coolant tank? Boy, I hope that big water weekend didn't cause you any issues Christian! Hope to see you down at Lake george next month.

Ho yes Ho yes Ho yes Ho yes......guy your are incredible ....what i found right know is my bolt on the cool collar on the port side header is seize (this is why is misleading me , i alway think is torque enought ), because two week ago when i exchange my Zoomer Muffler for the Straight cut Tip ...i didnt notice i have not torque enought !!!!! , i have to cut the bolt because its seized ...... and i have see some water leakage trace in the collar to ....
I exchange it , i can say now i think i am good to a go

You can not imagine how big i thank`s you

Sorry Jim if you understand i have a cooling fluide missing , but not my cooling is Ok , and for the Leak down test , no i have not made one ...but a click from my collar look made sense to me .....and hope to

p.s. Jim i don`t have picture with me of the past week-end , i will post it next week

Don't forget stainless on stainless.....put a bit of anti-seize on the hardware!!!
