Haven't used them, but will probably give them a try in the Spring. I have read that water pressure may go down a little with them. Thats fine with me since I'm at 32-34psi at wot.

Even though the impellor can last 15 min w/o water, what shape will the housing be in?
Every toasted impellor I've removed, also required the housing to be replaced do to it being melted and scored beyound use.
