If you do it with a pair of diesels it will ruin the spark plugs

Yes but if you use synthetic blinker fluid and wait for a high tide, you'll be ok.

Reminds me of Al Copeland's Cougar 50 and Tom Gentry's wooden 48. Side by side at the docks, firing up four-each, those Merc 500EFI's on race gas. The sound and the smell....

Mine has keys, but they aren't what starts them. (flip breakers, turn keys then hit the starter tabs) It is a process.

One at a time. You get double the pleasure of start up.
