OK, there is a photo/magazine issue.
This is not something that needs to be discussed on this board at this time. There are a few things that some private individuals need to take care, and it needs to be done in PRIVATE. Let's all give the subject a rest for at least the weekend; and let some things get sorted out. Continued posting is on this subject is just pissing off the management and moderators.
Please do not post any other specifics or lobs on this thread either.

I didn't see the original post - but I got the gist of it through the other threads.
I think someone involved in the situation brought at least the "topic" to the board for review by all the members here - without seeing the original thread, and don't know how tactfully it was approached, but by bringing the issue in front of us all, it allows us to all make our own decisions.
I see it as very similar to a thread that is still running in regards to a charitable donation from a poker run.
I respect your request to discuss it no further until there is a resolve, and I certainly think Ned provided alot to the powerboat community through this board, and through his photo's of the area of the Gulf he toured.
The Ban is truely a loss of an asset to this community.
I hope Management reconsiders, but again, not knowing the initial damage, I'm not the person to be the judge.
