One rumor is a 27' Classic w/ a 7' beam like the 22' classic. It would be similar to the old Magnum except sit down with a single step. Last I heard in Oct. it was still only a conceptual idea. They were toying with the idea of a comp. version of that or the 27Zr as well. However now with all their layoffs.....

1/3 cut back approx 40 employees.
Donzi is not the only one, it is a very tough market right now.
Bank financing has cut way back just like the housing market too.
Now I just heard oil hit $100 a barrel!

I dont think gas prices are going to affect the upper class boater, people dont seem to care about gas prices in the summer, most of us get three months to enjoy ourselves on the water and do not care what it costs, Bigger boat will be affected, small boats and PWC's wont. I thought I had a deal on a 27 ZR today, and the dealer acted like they wanted to deal, then when it came down to price, he wouldnt deal? I know they have had the boat for some time, and they acted like they wanted to get rid of it, I guess I will just wait and see, I think it is a buyer market, I gave my Donzi away.

:Thanks for all the info guys, I really dont know what to buy, this kinda sucks, I think the Cigarette Bullet might be a better choice then the Donzi, thier are alot of of good points to all the different boats I want. Now I just have to find one, dosen't someone have to get rid of a great boat ?
I would sell you mine, I would want over $60K for it right now.
Good luck!

The Pantera's are great boats, I love the older twin engine models, but the new models are very expensive for a 28 ft boat with a single motor. I guess its all in what you like or want to spend.
