Howard Harley has been around for a long time. Just do a search and you will find more than you could ever imagine.

First ones were a copy of a 39' Cig, split, widen and lengthened. He made in Kevlar back in the early 80's.

Grew to a 42' - 48' - 54' and I think 60'

Very good cruiser, fast, efficient in some ways ahead of its time. Have predominately been surface drives and both gas and diesel depending upon the size.

8's, 10's, 12's

Harley built quite a few boats and they were very successful for what they are. Light weight for their size and generation, strong, and relatively fast for the time. They did perform as he advertised.

But Caveat emptor

His boats performed good and as advertised. The problems start when people try to modify them from the original specs. Everybody I know who tried to improve on Harley's boats usually ended up screwing up the boats performance.
