If yur sticking a Bravo in a TRS transom hole just CNC (or get creative with a bandsaw and a drill press) some 3/4" 5086. A plate is a lot stronger than messing with the boxes

Its not that easy because of the coupler u need for the driveshaft, since the engine is more forward in a TRS set up because of the tranny that u now lose.
