Awareness program akin to neighborhood watch is being launched
WASHINGTON - As boating season approaches, the Bush administration wants to enlist the country’s 80 million recreational boaters to help reduce the chances that a small boat could deliver a nuclear or radiological bomb somewhere along the country’s 95,000 miles of coastline and inland waterways.

I boat right by McDill AFB (ie Central Command) all the time. I always look around but never see anything. Trust me though if you go in past the keep out markers they are after you. The Coast Guard on Tampa Bay is working too...they have already chased me down just going across the bay at high speed.
