best blower brand???
Couple days or weeks ago, I started a tread on reliability on blowers.
Today I want to know:
If you had to choose a blower brand, either to install in your boat, or if you were looking at the boat that already has blowers, WHAT BRAND OF BLOWER WOULD YOU CHOOSE? and WHY???
Don't forget also to vote on this poll!

Thw Whipples have proven to be the most efficient, most compact, and religable. I mean merc (and other engine builders) use them on 4 of their engines.
Whipple also is the only company to offer the most 'bolt on' kits for the most merc engines. These kits are a complete pacakage, when compared to say procharger.
As for the other superchargers, I'm not even sure if they have 'kits' .
The Whipples WILL fit under your engine hatch. The others.....maybe.
So if your loooking for the 'best' look at the entire package. I think its clear.
I did all this research last year.
On a side note, if useing a Whipple kit, combined with stock engine modifications.....get the engine dyno calibrated! Its a must!
