You can use the nicer (softer) indoor-outdoor carpet from Home Depot or Lowes, but you will still have limited color choices without going to an actual carpet house.

Try your trailer manufacturer. I just ordered bunk carpet from Rocket trailers. Very reasonable price and shipped same day. Great website for ordering parts. They only have black though.

I have always used the indoor outdoor from a carpet store with good luck and they will have a bunch of colors. If you just have to have "trailer bunk" carpet you can get it at basspro and cabelas.
