Ted we just bought a fountain from canada, customs was not a problem because they didnt know what to do just let us drive right through could of been full of terrorist they didnt care. Trailer was missing a wheel lost the bearings 20 miles from the border they never even noticed wheel was missing.
Title took 3 weeks, once we got paper work back from the bank and went to title bureau ourselves got it in one day. Registration no problem.
