i have a used 2" imco case and shaft,i can sell it for $1100,and buid it with your parts if you like.we can sell you a new merc case in a few days if you would rather have one of them

just got off the phone with mercury hp,their shorty gearcase might not be available until july,unless you buy the whole drive
