I'm still not clear about the status of this Rice Hauler boat.....did they find it? Recover it? I think I did! I took these pics two weeks ago East bount on I-15 in CA and just now got around to looking at them closer.....what do you think?

Guy posted on here a couple weeks back that he bought it and was bringing it back to FL to put it up for sale.

I think there have been several mentions of the boat recently on OSO.
This was in the Cig section - don't know how reliable "BOAT BOSS" is

I purchased the boat from the insurance company three weeks ago with the intentions of selling it. These pictures are of it being towed back to Florida. It was at Teague Custom Marine having the engines and drives inspected and serviced. We have a few thing to replace (gps, stereo, ect) before I will post it in the classifieds. It was run in Sarasota bay last thursday and everything was perfect. Currently it is a Suncoast Powerboats in Sarasota.
About myself: I have watched this board since the beginning but due to the fact that I have been working for Donzi Marine for the past 7 years I have chosen not to post here due to company rules.
If you have any questions feel free to call me at any time.

So what actually happened? Was it an intact theft recovery? Just another Repo? Someone "Missplaced it", It was serving as tender to The Flying Dutchman?

The boat was found in the possession of a "con-man" according to the insurance company. It was not released by the courts until last month. I think everyone here know the guy is in prison. Anyways he was using it like he owned it and it never suffered any damage. It is in excellent shape and just needed a cleaning. The hour meters only show 108. When Teague picked it up for me it was in a towing yard in Compton CA.(the real scarry hood) So that is why it is missing the GPS and Stereo.
