Performer RPM needed/42 Eagle
I need an big-block Quadrajet-style oval-port Performer intake for the Suburban. Anyone got one laying around? How about JimV?

Do you have a phone # for Jim at Lightning? The Eagle I'm acquainted with had Gil exhaust with external switchable mufflers, 370 engines, Quicksilver generator, and air conditioning. If the boat was registered in Michigan as of a few years ago I'd say there is a good chance the one you are looking at is the same boat. They are a greta boat in my opinion.

If this is the same boat, it was reposessed about 18 months after it was sold by my friend. The new owner never made a payment on it in all that time. She never transferred the title or registered the lien from her bank, which means to me that she never maintained it either. I do know the mechanic she had working on it when she had problems and would not consider him to be anything other than a parts changer, not a troubleshooter. I wonder what happened to the Furuno radar that was on the boat. I would have the boat surveyed by a highly skilled surveyor.
As for the engines, Jack (previous owner) and I rebuilt them around 1994,when Double D was known as BAD Marine Service (Barb and Dave). Standard bore, standard cranks, Wolverine WG1055 camshafts. If they haven't been reworked since,I'm sure they need to be bored as they were marginal then. Jack had one Velvet Drive rebuilt by Kalamazoo Gear the year before he sold it.

That's the Boat!!
MoAllen, that is the boat that was tied up next to us at the shootout this past summer. It looked to be in EXCELLENT shape from what I saw helping him tie up to us. He on the other hand was kinda a prick about everything the whole day. Anal Rententive??? Just wasn't real freindly to any of us. Sat up on the arch all day.

I thought the old Risky Business boat was still in Harrison Township last spring but I could be mistaken. It would be interesting to find out if the Eagle at LOTO had Michigan dealer tags displayed while it was there.
