I am looking at the photo, and it looks like a metal pole gouged it. Your boat sits high up ?? My guess is one of the fork cliff drivers hit it while moving chit around. Like the barrier fences or a tent pole, We have had both happen to us in the past. At the Norfolk VA show (you were there) I had to stand guard by the Fountains, as those IDIOTS, ran through at full speed just inches from the boats, the drivers just don't give a rats azz, they know if they damage it its not their problem, and the show sure as chit won't pay for it.
This would be reason # 99 why we will rarely do a boat show moving forward.
Have you reviewed and security camera's??? That would be my next move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, just esperience, this past year I had a big scrape on a new boat on the bow, before the show started???? I couldn't figure it out, about 2 hours later still setting up, I was drinking a beer in a cabin and hear a "CRASH" come out and DAMN SAIL BOAT beside us, part of the mast fell right in the spot where the damage was. Needles to say, he denied it as he was taking the pole off the bow of our boat WTF. Needless to say this is how I know the shows won't do chit.
