I'm just abouy to put mine back in (I'll post pics soon). My boat is white with lime green and purple stripes, so I painted the blocks, heads and intakes lime green. everything else (valve covers, pulleys, exhaust, brackets, power steering pumps and oil coolers) I had powder coated purple. Left the flame arestors and risers stainless. Bilge is white. looks VERY cool, and didn't cost that much. I also replaced al the faseners with new stainless ones (cost less than $50.00) just to totaly clean it up. Good luck. Be waiting for your pics when your done.

Madcow I'm glad to see that someone has the balls to use lime green. I had a Cuda that color and have liked it ever since. You have to post some pics of the motor.

I went with simple bright white. (Sterling in this case.) Makes it nice and bright in there when you're trying to find the %#@*&!! screwdriver bit that you dropped....

Back4More, SprayNine or GrezOff usually works nice.
