Default Distributor opinions

I am looking at these 2 distributors.

http://www.performancedistributors.com/marinedui.htm

http://www.msdignition.com/Products/...stributor.aspx

The DUI is $100 cheaper and I have read good reviews. I always here crap about MSD rusting and breaking down(maybe because of the high number of people using). Please provide some input/opinions that you may have on either one or a different set up you are fond of so my engine builder and I can put this debate to rest

DUI is a first rate product. Been running one for 4yrs w/o a blip. They set up your total timing and rpm at your request. My dist. is set at 22* @ 3000r's w/ 12* initial. Performance Prod. backs up dist. even when out of warranty, can't ask for any thing better.

Keep in mind that you won't have a rev limiter with the DUI.

I would go DUI then. I have never heard of one failing.
