My experience with Bennett Marine...
Fantastic folks...
I took delivery of my 1999 Sonic last year. The Bennett Trim Tab pump leaked like an S.O.B. all season. I spoke with their reps at the Annapolis boat show, and they asked me, "How old is it?" As soon as I told them it was only 2 years old. They told me to ship it back for a replacement under the 5 year warranty that comes on all of their pumps.
Upon correspondence with them, I relayed to them my boat was rigged with unequal length hoses to the tabs, resulting in one tab moving faster than the other. They said. "No problem, just tell us how long of a hose you need, and we will ship it out."
Well the new pump is installed, and the new hose is in transit.
These guys have been great for me, and I can only assume they do all of their business this way. I just wanted to relay this to everyone, and hopefully everyone can have this experience. Too bad this is not the case in all boat business; or any business for that matter.

I too had a nice experience with Bennett. My 1987 Pachanga had a tab that needed to be replaced, and I posted up here on the board about getting a new set. 2 hours after I posted Bennett (Tom McGow) e-mailed me direct, told me the tab was a discontinued model made specifically for the Pachanga, but he'd get a new one made and shipped out ASAP - had it in less than a week. Great folks there!!

Yep...me to...
Add me to the Bennett fan club. I had an OLD pump and broken cylinder. They traded in my old, worn out pump...at least 10 years old...on the "trade-in program"...saved me at least $150.
On the cylinder, they didn't even ask for a CC or payment, just "return the old parts after you get them switched...
...good people...

I had a pump that was just under a year out of warranty and they said just send it back and the shipped me another one just shipping charges. Companies like this are not eassy to find.

They are #1 on my list of best companies to deal with, including my own. I continue to be amazed at the support and help I get from them. I wish they made more stuff, they could put some other companies under quickly.
