Wont be down this year going skiing for a few days in Denver the heading to Laguna Beach California for the Holidays... Hitting LA for New Years....

Not mine but my good friend and next door neighbor here in Maryland.. He has had it for years and we can use it whenever... It'ds on the fifth floor and the views are awesome, you can look down the ICW, inlet right in front of you and the Ocean to your right... I can sit there all day and watch the boats come in and out!!!
