Its all good!! Power to weight ratio. It takes a lot of work to dial your boat in for the shoot out and Bill has been on top of the game in getting the top end speed out of his 388! He's put a lot of time, effort, R and D, Boats , motors. props, drives, and money to get there . Other people are doing the same thing as well. It doesn't happen over night on your first try. But that seems to be part of the fun in this crazy sport. Good luck if you join the sickness!!

That's Great Ron!! I saw your run that day!! Beautiful Skater!! You know I love the 46/50 Skaters . But for those asking the 388s seems to be the hot set up for top speed in descent water if thats what a guys wants. I've had my 46 up to 150 but usally run around between 105 and 130. Reasonably safe pokerrun boat to haul AZZ in.
I'll stick with the big ride!! It's been a lot of fun!

Peter told me the bottom on the 46 has been the same from past to
present. Many others have tried to change it. How do you say it?
