If you are not interested, then why comment? This is not a "bash-fest". If you want to be educated on the subject, then great! It is difficult to expose a con man when he is in charge of a webiste. There are many folks that still have no idea that Chris Sunkin is a con man.......especially the folks that are on his site (SOS)!!! He deletes everything! Our fragile industry doesn't need another con man running a performance boat media outlet.

It is clear that Sunkin "fabricates" events that bolster his online image. It is also factual that you have had your character questioned on the SCOPE boards by Mr. Sunkin. You have every right to expose his dishonesty as he has attacked your said character.
You may have perceived my post as one that disagrees or does not condone the events that are taking place on the Forum now. Not true. I am indifferent to it all. Not my place to judge. Of course I do not approve of Sinkins tactics. But it is also not my place to prosecute him either. You on the other hand, have due cause to advance evidence exposing Sunkins disparity regarding his past "tales".
With that said, Nort, I do feel some have jumped on these threads and turned them into a "bash-fest". Some warranted, some just to pile on. It is obvious your vendetta is warranted, as are others. The world has many "Sunkins". It is sad one has to embellish to bolster ones self worth. It is their world that must be one of discontent and unhappiness.
Nort, in no way was my post directed as a slam to anyone or anything. Just an observation, and one that may not have been warranted. If so, my apologies.

My first adult occupation was finding pilots and crew that were down in forests, mountains and oceans and bringing them back, sometimes while people were shooting at me. (as well as the occasional stupid civilian) I had to give it up after getting knocked out of a helo and spending most of a year in a hospital. I've started five successful businesses from scratch, each time risking everything I owned. I've raced (and crashed) raceboats, racebikes and racecars. All more than once. These days, for fun, I teach cops how to stay alive in CQB when they're out-numbered or overpowered. Overall, I've been hurt more times than most humans have had paper cuts.
Not only am I incredibly well-familiar with risk, I've seen way more than my share.
There's a big difference between risk and "Hey! Watch this!" The former is a well-evaluated plan of action that considers all the variables in an analytical process. The latter is action with little if any consideration for the potential outcome, usually brought about by the thought of the pleasure the action will yield while discounting or ignoring the potential downside. Both are dangerous, the latter is unncessarily so.
Believe me, I've certainly done my share of things that could easily have been categorized as "Hey! Watch this!" Maybe that's how I can tell the difference between the smart one's and the dumb one's.
