Simerks on Bravos even with higher horsepower work great. I've had mine on for 5 years with no sign of any white chalky substance.

I run the Innovative Marine Hydro Cool with a sea water pickup. Works great and ALWAYS supplies water regardless of trim position.

Unfortunately doesn't look like he is still around as his website is down.

I've had simrek on 3 boats. I think they work best.

Is Latham steering factory on a Fountain? My rear cap is a cast stainless piece that holds the tiebar and the cylinder on an "ear". Will the Simrek work with this?
