I just got mine back from John at York Propeller. It looks awesome. I am splashing boat on saturday and will post results. I used John based on all the good comments here on the board.

We use a company locally that does an awesome job. Digitaly scans the propeller before and after labbing. Not to disrespect Mercury Racing but our labbed props are a bit faster

Bronson/Hill in CA does a great job. I picked up 4MPH in my Baja after they labbed mine. www.boatpropellers.com. Also Hale propeller in CT uses an MRI system and dynamic balancing. They should be very good also. www.halepropeller.com

A couple years ago Lake X was testing several of the prop shops that do lab finishing...York Propeller BEAT THEM ALL---even Mercury. Plus York is only about HALF the price of Mercury. We did a side by side comparison (York's to Merc's) and York's looked MUCH more consistant than Merc's. Tommy of WPM (Warlock Perf Marine) said that their shop has tried many of the well known prop shop company's lab finished props and they always came back to York. You can call Tommy at 919-371-7567 and ask him. York does so well that they don't even advertise.
