Does a '02 M3 qualify as a muscle car? It will smoke most anything since it does 0-60 mph in 4.8s and 1/4 mile in 13.1s. I think that qualifies.

Personally the M3 is a kick ass ride but i would NOT go as far as to say it will smoke almost anything
Slowly ready what is listed up here,
Most of these cars from Gm and Ford were underrated in HP for insurance to their customers
Most of these cars with some work will easily on crappiest of crappy tires run 12's let alone some running 11's and 10's
(someone building a 600 HP for their car a few lines above?)

No matter what you have, tons of people always have something nicer, faster and more impressive

Love the M3 dont get me wrong but careful about that smoke almost anyone statement

and NEVER be embarassed to say you have an M3 man,
like I said before , it is a KICK ASS RIDE
enjoy
Jason

Cool 1995 Mustang Cobra...

351 bored out to a 396 with a Novi-2000 Supercharger pushing 20lbs of boost..... 1023hp at the flywheel and 867hp at the rear wheels.... Runs a 10.51 at 141mph in the quarter and that is on drag radials.... It has the best of everything, $15,000 custom Baer brakes.... heck it was even painted by Grafik-Efx in Miami,FL

Does a 1946 CJ2A count? It does have a 1969 ho 302 in it. That old huricane flat head4 just didn't jump high enough over the stumps.

and Linda's 94 admiral blue Vette.

I wanted something different so it is a BIG 73 impala street/race 461 bbc 13.1comp T400 reverse valve body, 9in rear, 250 horse nos, all steel and all interior still there, has run best of 11.77 @119mph on street tires. Just rebuilt engine and did ALOT of head work and going to change the gears, hoping for high 10's and will still sleep 6 in the trunk.

72 Corvette. all original unrestored with lots of options. 70k miles.

The wife drives a 93 firebird with a LT1. with headers, no cats, chip, pulleys, K&N air induction , shift kit and a 10 speaker stereo that's so loud you can here her miles away...... It keeps here happy racing all the jap cars on the street. If I get to drive it once a week its a lot.

In the past we had a 68 Camaro. ( NHRA national record holder, fastest car in F stock) 76 MG midget ( funnest car we ever owned) 81 Z28 425 hp 4 speed ( great street car) all were in show condition. I got bored with the cars and moved on to boats.
