I am pleased to hear that your Friday is turning out to be a good one. I'm glad Samanta is going to join you at the lake; she made the right decision.

As far as the design........Joe, please don't feel obligated to go to any trouble of printing up the shirts. Sam will be thrilled just to hear that you liked it and that people on the board got to see his talent.

If you wish though, I can take it to the printer and have it reduced, re-scan it, and email it. Or...........I could have Sam do another copy of it and maybe do the lettering a little neater, tweaking it.

I like your idea of including a picture of your boat. I LOVE the Skaterfest shirts. They look great.

Whatever the outcome, I will get you a copy of his drawing; complete with date and signature.

Clearly not a feeling of obligation, but of inspiration! The lettering is my favorite part, don’t tweak a thing. Just have him add his first name and the year. If you could have it scanned in one piece, in color, and emailed to me, that would be terrific.

I have a few ideas for this, the least of which would be a t-shirt for Sam. Can’t promise how it will all turn out, but it will be fun trying.

I know that my son will want to type something to you on here when he gets home from school. He won't be home till around 3:30 pm, our time, and you will probably already have left for the lake. IF, by chance, you get a moment.....would you check your puter at home before you leave and see if he's posted? Otherwise, just look for this thread when you get back home and respond to him then.
