Sun glasses and Goggles
Does anyone know the web address of Guard dog sunglasses? Or any other cool site for goggles or cool shades for high speed marine use. Thanks, Otto

Hi Otto, How are you? We have been wearing Guard Dogs for 4 years now, they work great, and the strap that holds them on does not hurt your head. Are you going to come over to Dougs this weekend? With your boat I hope?

Otto, It does not look good, The boat went out to Ocean Outboard last week, the powerhead we were waiting for came in and is being installed. I don't think it is going to be ready to be picked up tomorrow. I am going to call in the AM, if it is done I will shoot out and get it, if not I will be going down to Doug's about 5:00, Either way see you there. Are you running your boat over Sat. or Sun. When I see the water in the river shaking I will know you are coming. Those motors are putting out how much?

They smoked Kurts dyno twice and he won't put them on again. The blowers were too tall for the pro stock hatches so they are still at Hydra Powerboats to be enlarged. I know that the last dyno run of the motors were at 1500 HP. I will pull the boost way down so that they last a little longer Still looking for props. I think that I need a set of 17 1/2 35 5 blade, I have a set of 34 pitch to try that I got from Joey Impresa. Not in a big hurry, I really want to get it right in the beginning of the seaon to try to limit any more gray hairs.

Wow, They should shake the bay up. 1500! How much boost for 1500? I'm afraid to ask? and what boost do you think you will limit it to? Props will be tricky. You still need to be able to dock, stay in the no-wake zone's etc. 2 speed trans next?

Doc,
Damn, Your need for speed sounds like something else!!1500 HP engines, Doesnt sound like you need gogglles, but a whole face sheild. Hitting a bug at that speed wouldn't splatter your teeth, sounds like it would knock them out!!! Go ahead on!!sounds like" you the man!!!" Best to you....
